7. Even now at this writing, his affiliate page shows commissions available up to 12%, he continued to deny that there was anything available higher than 10%, and even cracking 20k in sales wouldn’t get us bumped.
8. The final blow came when we were told on a moments notice that we could cease using their affiliate feed and go to static .html links (an impossible task) or have commissions cut in half.

As I stated before, you do not need to change to the html site.

And yes, this is effective immediately. If you want to change the structure immediately, that is your decision.

If you switch over to the other site, your commissions will probably decrease by half anyway, because it will be structured as it should have been from the beginning. Of course these are estimates, it could go down by a lot more, After I did some research I realized it could go down as much as 2/3 rds, but again, this is the way it should be……whoever “touches” the customer first will get the commission.

You can still send visitors to the php site, its just that with the other program, I can add parameters to our html links. so you can continue sending traffic to php, and I can send traffic to html site.

I would estimate your commission to be cut in half anyway, when this happens.

If so, that really presents a problem, and we’d need a reasonable amount of time to make an adjustment, since it would all have to be done by hand, including 301 redirects of the old pages. Or, am I mistaken, and you ARE able to give us a datafeed?

When do you see this taking effect? How much notice are you giving me?

Unfortunatly because you choose to send traffic to the .php site, and we send traffic to the html pages, there is no way for us to record “touching the customer first”. For a long time I have overlooked that, but that time is over. I am giving you two options:

1. We cut your commission in half and leave everything as is.
2. You go back to the other system, where we can add our tracking code to our ads.

The decision is yours to make.
